Driving Employee Experience efforts can sometimes feel like an insurmountable task. But when we break the task down and chip at it in community, we make it conquerable. Meet Level Up EX.
What is Level Up EX?
You can think of Level Up EX as a virtual mastermind group. The goal is for each participant to work on their own Employee Experience (EX) project and get feedback from peers and a talent.imperative coach. In addition, the group will read “The Power of Moments” and reflect on how the concepts of “elevation”, “insight”, “pride”, and “connection” might get integrated into their employee experience practice.
What’s included?
Level Up EX includes four virtual sessions as well as preparation prompts. We will also send you a welcome package that includes “The Power of Moments” book.
What’s the time commitment?
We meet virtually from 4-5:30pm CST on four Wednesdays. You would want to budget approximately an additional hour per week for reading, reflection, and preparation for the following week’s session.
Who will participate?
Level Up EX is intended for internal professionals and leaders who are working on Employee Experience projects. We will limit participation to eight peers so two people per session will have sufficient time to discuss their project.
